At My Journey Compass Health, I provide bilingual psychiatric services in English and Spanish to children, teens, adults, and families across Florida and Arizona.

My practice integrate evidence-based brief psychotherapy (CBT, IFS, motivational interviewing, somatic strategies) with trauma-informed medication management.

Care is always personalized-whether you’re coping with anxiety, trauma, ADHD, or family stress, we’ll build a treatment plan that reflects your values and goals.

I also collaborate closely with your primary care providers, therapist, school, or community resources to ensure you receive well-rounded support.

Connecting with Our Practice: What to expect

We understand that reaching out for mental health care can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make this step simple, clear, and compassionate—every time.

Step 1: We Start With You

Whether you’re processing taruma, managing anxiety, ADHD, depression, or seeking care for your child or teen, we begin with your story and goals.

You’ll answer a few brief questions so we tailor your care from the very first visit.

  • Evidence-based therapies (like CBT, IFS, and somatic tools)

  • Trauma-informed medication management

  • Optional journaling, mindfulness, or nature-based practices.

  • For children and teens, we work in partnership with families to support the child and the caregiver.

  • -Services are available in English or Spanish.

What We Believe In

At My Journey Compass Health, we are not a high-volume clinic. We take time with each client and focus on healing—not rushing.

Here’s what guides our practice:

  • Clarity & Consent

You deserve to understand every part of your care. Our Terms of Service outlines your rights, what to expect, and how we work together—transparently and with your full informed consent.

  • Respect & Boundaries

We honor your time and trust. We ask the same in return by encouraging respectful communication and requesting at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.

  • Medication Transparency

We do not prescribe controlled substances (e.g., benzodiazepines, stimulants). If you are tapering off a prior prescription, we may develop a plan together.

All medications require regular follow-up. Our focus is trauma-informed care, mood stabilization, and holistic, integrative medication strategies.

  • Culturally Competent, Accessible Care

We proudly serve clients in English or Spanish and honor the richness of diverse family structures, cultural backgrounds, and lived experiences.

  • No Surprise Fees

You’ll always know what to expect.

Documentation outside of sessions (e.g., ESA letters, FMLA forms) may carry a fee, which will be discussed in advance.

Before booking an appointment, please please review our Practice Policies.
